The customer service was excellent, and the staff at the restaurant made sure we had a pleasant dining experience. the food was delicious and offered a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel was situated in a convenient location and the rooms were well-maintained.
I also found the rooms to be a bit cramped, and the balcony was small and uninviting. I felt that the price was a bit steep for the quality of the amenities offered.

As a woman traveling alone, I had a fantastic experience staying at a charming hotel nestled in the hills of the Ardeche. the rooms were modern and clean, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. the friendly staff provided excellent service, making me feel safe and welcomed throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant, which showcased the finest local cuisine. the breathtaking views from the balcony added a touch of serenity to my mornings.
The breakfast buffet could have been more hygienic and better adapted to the current health measures.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. The restaurant at the hotel was also a highlight, with delicious food and great service. We really appreciated the warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
The rooms were located in a more modern section of the hotel, and our balcony turned out to be a small concrete block. Another downside was the breakfast buffet, which was not up to par.
